First off, none of these goals have end dates, so there is no pressure to get them done, it's just something that I would love to 'tick' off the weight-loss/lifestyle journey bucket list. I find that having deadlines works against me because if, for whatever reason, I am not able to reach the goal by the set date, then I tend to give up without even trying! I know this about myself and I think that is very important!
GOALS:
Weight Goals:
Lose 10% or 26.5lbs- done, August 29th, 2016!!Lose 50lbs- done, November 20th, 2016!!- One-derland
- Lose 80lbs (186.5lbs)
Fitness Goals:
Join a gym- done, August 2nd, 2016!!- Do a 30s wall sit without dying (not sure this is even possible)
- Walk 100,000 steps in a week
- Have muscle definition in both arms & legs
Other Goals:
Get out of plus-sized clothes- done, Summer 2016!!- Feel comfortable in a bathing suit
YAY! That feels good to get something down on paper. Once I complete these (and I will), I will check them off and add a date it was completed. Also, more will be added, from time-to-time, as I have new goals to achieve!
